Terms & Conditions of Doing Business with SecureCentral

1. Definitions

SecureCentral: Refers to SecureCentral, the supplier of the goods and/or services.

Client: The individual or entity receiving quote, invoice, products or services.
2. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all transactions with SecureCentral, including quotes, invoices, and payments. By engaging with SecureCentral, the Client agrees to these terms.
3. Quotes

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Prices and availability are subject to change after the validity period.

Acceptance of a quote must be confirmed in writing via email or purchase order.

4. Orders and Delivery

All orders are subject to availability.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond SecureCentral's control.

Risk in goods passes to the Client upon delivery, but ownership remains with SecureCentral until payment is made in full.

5. Invoices and Payment Terms

Invoices must be paid within 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments must be made via EFT or another agreed method.

Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge on outstanding balances.​
6. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled in writing before goods are dispatched. Custom or non-stock orders may incur cancellation fees.

Refunds are provided only in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.​
7. Warranty and Returns

Goods and services are warranted as per Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty claims must include proof of purchase and be submitted within the applicable warranty period.​
8. Limitation of Liability

SecureCentral is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Total liability is limited to the value of goods or services provided.
9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all business terms and related information confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of NSW, Australia.

Disputes must first be resolved through negotiation or mediation before escalating to legal proceedings.

11. Force Majeure

SecureCentral is not responsible for failure to fulfil obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
12. Amendments

SecureCentral reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes affecting ongoing agreements
